Responsibilities
* Lead a management team and ensure the best possible service for colleagues and customers
* Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring safety, compliance and proper staffing
* Lead from the front on the store floor, mentoring staff and fostering a positive culture
* Grow your team by spotting talent and providing feedback and support
* Represent Tesco’s purpose of serving customers, communities and the planet better every day
