Automation Engineer / Manufacturing / £55k-£65k (DOE) + benefits / Hull\nLooking for a new challenge in 2026 within Automation and Control Systems? This could be an excellent opportunity for you!\nWe’re working with a manufacturing site seeking a Control Systems / Automation Engineer with 3–5+ years’ experience in a plant or industrial environment. The role is site-based and offers the chance to take real ownership of the control systems while contributing to ongoing projects and future site investment.\nThe role will involve:\n * Managing and maintaining the on-site Siemens PLC systems\n * Writing, modifying, and improving PLC code to support safe and efficient operations\n * Supporting control systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives\n * Ensuring control systems reliability and process stability across the site\nThe site operates with ATEX areas and SIL-regulated systems.
