Salary: TMS/UPS + TLR 1.1

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is an established multi-academy trust of primary and secondary academies across the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for the learning and achievement of all students in Physics.
* Provide high quality leadership and management for Physics within the Academy.
* Develop effective partnership working with other staff to secure high levels of student progress.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience teaching across the key stages; newly qualified teachers are also welcome.
* Consistently a good or outstanding teacher.
* Exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
* Able to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils.
* Committed to raising standards for all and share the drive to constantly learn and improve.
* Willingness to lead initiatives and evidence of impact.
* Demonstrated passion for making a difference to others.
* Proficient with technology for learning and willing to innovate.
