This is a full time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working. Location: Bristol (Hybrid 2 days WFH per week, Nationwide Travel) This is a newly created opportunity that would be perfect for someone who may come from a either the Audio-Visual, FM, Construction or Electrical Services sectors. The role is accountable for profitable revenue growth, sales performance, and building a high-performing sales function that supports long-term business growth. Set and execute a clear, commercially focused sales strategy aligned to company objectives. Deliver sales targets, KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline performance. Drive pipeline generation, conversion, and CRM discipline to improve visibility and results. Lead, develop, and hold the sales team accountable for high performance. Embed strong account management to improve retention, customer satisfaction, and account growth. Oversee pricing, proposals, and complex negotiations to protect margins and drive profitable growth. Work cross-functionally to ensure strong delivery and customer experience. Represent the business with key customers and externally to support market presence and growth. What You Will Bring You will come from a similar role heading up a sales function, ideally within the electrical, engineering, facilities management, construction, or related sectors. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Track record of achieving revenue and margin targets through forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI analysis. Excellent people leader, experienced in coaching and developing high-performing teams. Data-driven, using CRM and analytics to guide decisions. Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, internally and externally. Customer-focused, embedding account management to drive retention and growth. Confident decision-maker, accountable for performance and results. Experienced in pricing strategy, proposals, and complex contract negotiations.
