Are you a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a Welding background looking to join a market‑leading manufacturer where you can play a key role in driving process improvements, increasing efficiency, and delivering impactful engineering projects?
Role
* Analysing production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Implementing lean manufacturing initiatives across the welding division.
* Managing improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
* Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects within a busy manufacturing environment.
Candidate
* Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience.
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement.
* Desire to progress within a large organisation.
