Enablement Consultant – Business Messaging (WhatsApp for Business) Contract / Interim | Remote (UK or EU-based preferred)
We’re hiring an experienced Enablement Consultant to help one of the world’s leading technology companies scale adoption of WhatsApp for Business across its global partner ecosystem.
You’ll be at the heart of the Business Messaging go-to-market (GTM) effort — working with partner, sales and customer success teams to turn insights from the field into practical, high-impact enablement content, tools, and training.
This is a content-first and field-informed role: you’ll translate real customer and partner needs into crisp assets and sessions that accelerate adoption, capability, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Run structured discovery sessions with partner managers, sellers, customer success and solution engineers to capture enablement needs.
* Create and maintain a full suite of enablement materials: sales playbooks, best-practice guides, pitch decks, toolkits, checklists, ROI narratives, and case studies.
* Document onboarding and rollout flows, including WABA setup, embedded signup, template governance, opt-in and escalation processes.
* Explain conversation-based pricing and its implications for partner and go-to-market strategy.
* Incorporate new feature capabilities such as WhatsApp Flows and Payments into use case frameworks and examples.
* Plan and deliver enablement sessions for internal and partner audiences across sales, solutions, and customer success functions.
* Align enablement outputs with key performance indicators and measurement strategies for Business Messaging success.
Experience Required
* Direct experience with Meta’s Business Messaging ecosystem — ideally from a Business Solution Provider (BSP), Tech Provider / CPaaS, or Service Partner environment. Examples include: Twilio, Infobip, Sinch, MessageBird/Bird, CM.com, 360dialog, Gupshup, Wati, Route Mobile/Kaleyra, Vonage, Take Blip, Zenvia, Respond.io, Rasayel, Gallabox, Dentsu, Interakt, Charles, Zendesk, Accenture, etc.
* Alternatively, experience on the client side, leading or enabling WhatsApp for Business strategies for mid-market or enterprise brands.
* Proven success designing and delivering sales or partner enablement programmes — from toolkits and playbooks to trainings that drive measurable impact.
* Deep familiarity with WhatsApp for Business products, governance, and policies.
* Strong ability to map and articulate customer journeys and translate them into actionable guidance.
* Exceptional facilitation, storytelling and copywriting skills — equally comfortable engaging executives and practitioners.
