Your new role
You’ll take the lead in managing a varied property portfolioprising industrial,mercial, and retail units (2,000–4,000 sq. ft.). Your responsibilities will include:
1. Negotiating andpleting lease renewals and rent reviews
2. Managing ground leases and associated agreements
3. Preparing and approving licences to alter and sub-let
4. Delivering strategic advice to optimise estate performance andpliance
What you'll need to succeed
5. MRICS qualification would be ideal
6. Extensive experience in estates management andmercial property negotiations
7. Strong understanding of property law and lease structures
8. Ability to work independently and provide senior-level guidance
