We can now offer the opportunity for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our expanding team, working on our Social Housing Contracts, based in Hereford.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience of undertaking repairs, maintenance and new installations, of kitchens and bathrooms.
* Plastering, tiling, would be an advantage.
* Thorough technical knowledge in all aspects of carpentry works.
* The minimal level of qualifications and education to support all works reasonably expected to be completed by the post holder (Job description available on request).
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to use own Initiative
* Enthusiastic and positive outlook
Driving licence required.
Package:
* A Company van, fuel card, purchasing cards, power tools, phone and uniform will be provided.
* 42.5 hours a week.
* Salary: £35,000 per annum
* 25 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays.
