Operations Manager Location: Metal Recycling

Our client, a UK-leading independent metal recycling business, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of daily yard operations and lead a team of 10. Planning and coordinating material movement in and out of the yard
Monitoring weekly throughput (currently 300–400 tonnes per week)
Maintaining high standards of environmental and health & safety compliance
Supporting with FLT and grab operations when required
Strong planning and communication skills
Keen awareness of health & safety and the ability to ensure full compliance
FLT or grab experience beneficial
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 depending on level of experience
~22 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
~ Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00 / Friday: 08:00–15:30
