If you’re a structured, consultative sales professional who sells on value, performance and long-term customer outcomes — this is a genuinely different Key Account role.
This is not transactional packaging sales. This is about working with major industrial organisations to analyse, design and implement packaging solutions that improve safety, reduce damage, optimise cost and increase operational efficiency.

This is a role for someone who treats their territory like a business and builds a clear, data-driven growth plan for every customer.
The Role
* Developing strategic growth plans for a defined portfolio of major industrial customers
* Analysing packaging and load containment processes to identify performance and cost improvements
* Engaging operational, logistics, procurement and HSE stakeholders
* Positioning solutions based on efficiency, safety, sustainability and total cost of ownership
* Creating and converting a strong pipeline of new opportunities within existing accounts
* Building long-term, value-led customer partnerships
The Person
We are looking for a highly organised, process-driven sales professional who:
* Sells using a structured, consultative methodology
* Is comfortable with data, planning and disciplined pipeline management
* Can demonstrate success in growing existing B2B / industrial accounts
* Is credible in operational and supply chain environments
* Focuses on value and outcomes — not price
* Packaging, Industrial, Capex, Logistics or Supply Chain experience
Most importantly, you are a proactive account developer with a hunter mindset inside existing customers.
