Qualifications
* 0-3 years of retail experience
* Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
* Motivated by interacting with customers and athletic products
* Ability to work independently and initiate tasks
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with team members
* Achieve sales, customer experience, and operational goals
* Maintain personal and team productivity targets
* Engage customers with open-ended questions to assess needs
* Learn and share product expertise and current trends
