Finance Analyst Part qualified Watford £50,000 with 20% bonus and amazing benefitsThe finance team of 21 is currently organized on a product basis with dedicated teams responsible for short-term finance, commercial finance, term finance, broking, group functions and FP&A.The FP&A Analyst reports to the Head of FP&A, to help build out the rapidly evolving FP&A capability, to increase the value and commerciality of insights provided to management across the business and to drive forward-looking business decision making and automation of management reporting.This role will likely suite a capable and technically strong FP&A Analyst, looking to make their mark at an ambitious and growing financial services firm.• Experience of FP&A best practices, across financial modelling, trend analysis, data combination and reporting.• Ideally gained working in a bank or specialist lending business, with an understanding of key business dynamics and metrics.
