Responsibilities
* Write and publish documentation, such as release notes, deployment guides, administration guides, quick start guides, and reference manuals.
* Use images and diagrams to supplement text and aid understanding of complex concepts.
* Provide user‑friendly text for tooltips and other user interface elements.
* Receive and address feedback with the goal of filling content gaps and continually improving content.
* Contribute to a strong, nimble, positive, and effective team.
Qualifications
* At least 4 years’ technical writing experience in Agile software development environments.
* BA or BS degree, preferably in communications, English, computer engineering, or a related field.
* Experience using MadCap Flare and Git.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
* Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user‑friendly language.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high documentation standards.
* Proactive in gathering information from engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Open to feedback and collaborative in refining content.
