Additionally, we are the largest supplier of Private Label Dairy spreads in the UK, supplying all major Retailers in the UK, Ireland, and parts of mainland Europe.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. This role will support the brand team across the full marketing mix. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will work within the GB Brand Team across brands such as Strings & Things, Attack A Snak, and Pure, part of a progressive Category and Marketing function with ongoing training and development. Flexibility and open-mindedness are essential, as responsibilities will be broad.
Strings & Things (Cheestrings & Yollies) is a fun kids snack brand, perfect for lunchtimes and snacking occasions. The brand is worth over €188m across Europe and £85m RSV in GB alone, with ambitions to grow further.
Working in Brand Management at Kerry Consumer Foods will involve leading execution and in-market activation from day one. This fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is ideal for quick learners, hands-on leaders, and digitally-savvy innovators.

It is required to be based in the Staines office 2 days a week.
Key responsibilities
* Driving the growth of our brands to gain competitive advantage, profitable growth, increased brand value, and maximum ROI for Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods.
* Supporting the brand team in delivering marketing activations across all GB brands.
* Managing social media posts and campaigns across all GB brands.
* Managing shopper and trade media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
* Briefing and managing external agencies.
* Managing an active NPD and innovation pipeline.
* Approving artworks across all GB brands.
* Leading the Attack A Snak brand, including developing and executing its strategy and marketing tactics to grow the brand.
* Tracking and managing the marketing budget to avoid overspend, with regular updates on spending.

* Strong, impactful written and verbal communication skills, effective with all levels inside and outside the organization.
* Excellent organizational skills, judgment, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritization and timely delivery.
* Analytical skills and commercial awareness to identify insights and translate them into growth actions.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and demonstrate ownership and drive to achieve results.
* Collaborative, inclusive, and open-minded approach, with a passion for brands and brand building.
