Youll work alongside the General Manager and play a key role in delivering proactive HR support across three international locations.The Role:This is a standalone HR position, offering a broad remit and the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Its ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role and working autonomously.Key Responsibilities:Provide HR advice and guidance on best practice and employment legislation.Own and manage HR systems, reporting on metrics such as:Pay and rewardTraining and developmentEmployee engagementAbsence, sickness, and holidaysLead recruitment and retention processes, including:Resource planningJob descriptions and advertsInterview support and candidate managementSupport HR initiatives including:Career development programmesReward and recognition schemesInduction and training processesManage employee relations:Performance, absence, and probationReturn-to-work meetingsLiaising with legal advisors when necessaryMaintain and update company policies and contractual documentsAbout You:CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum) or qualified by experience.Minimum of 2 years experience in a generalist HR role.Strong Excel and HR reporting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a standalone function.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a people-first mindset.Whats on Offer:Salary of circa £35,000 per annum10% annual bonus based on performanceModern office environment and supportive leadershipThe opportunity to shape HR practices in a growing international businessReady to bring your energy to HR?Apply today and join a business that values your ideas, experience, and passion for people.TPBN1_UKTJ
