Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
* Providing Learning and Development advice, guidance, information and support to Service Personnel.
* Coordinating and booking all appointments, enrolments, course bookings and classroom bookings for the Hub
* Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding learning opportunities
* Arrange and conduct Learning and Development interviews
* Proactively raising awareness of Resettlement amongst Service Leavers, to ensure they are aware of the support they have access to.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
* Must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a team and being an excellent team member with great communication skills.
* High standards of accuracy and attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Previous administration experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both vernal and written
