Summary
We are looking for an organised, attention to detail driven personality to join our senior management team.
Working alongside the directors and existing department managers, you will oversee the café operations to ensure excellent customer service is providing in a streamline efficient way.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily café operations to ensure high standards of service and product quality.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance the dining experience.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
* Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure timely production of goods.
* Flexibility to work across our various sites in Oxford.
You will have
* Proven experience in managing a team in a food led environment.
* Strong supervisory and team management skills.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on customer service.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred.
* Experience in hospitality or barista roles is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
