Responsibilities
* Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance work across residential properties
* Undertaking general carpentry and plumbing repairs
* Completing interior and exterior painting and decorating
* Carrying out wall and floor tiling repairs
* Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager
* Working independently to manage workloads efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records of repairs and materials used
* Delivering excellent customer service while remaining professional at all times
* Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of general property maintenance and repairs
* Experience with carpentry, painting and plumbing
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A professional and customer‑focused approach
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
