The Position An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Corporate Paralegal to join my client’s Derby office. This role provides hands-on experience supporting the corporate team in a variety of commercial matters, giving you exposure to company transactions, compliance work, and client advisory services. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with company formations, restructures, and dissolutions Supporting the preparation and review of commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate documentation Conducting due diligence and legal research for corporate transactions Liaising with clients, directors, shareholders, and external advisors Maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate records, registers, and statutory filings Preparing meeting minutes, resolutions, and company filings for Companies House Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the corporate team Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Experience within a corporate or commercial law team is highly desirable.
