CASS Oversight Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

A bit about the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the daily oversight and monitoring plan for CASS compliance, with a particular focus on overseeing third-party administrator activities. You will conduct regular reviews of systems and controls to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that any breaches are thoroughly investigated for CASS implications, correctly reported, and remediated. Your duties will also include the preparation and maintenance of management information and key risk indicators, as well as the completion of CASS reporting requirements such as the Client Money & Asset Return (CMAR) and the CASS Resolution Pack. You will perform due diligence assessments of outsourced providers and collaborate with auditors and the Compliance team to facilitate the completion of audits and internal compliance monitoring programs. This position reports directly to the Senior CASS Oversight Manager.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Investment Operations Certificate (IOC)
* Experience of retail Asset Management or other financial services operations
* Experience of account reconciliations.
* Communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
* Broad understanding of an investment management and retail business with some knowledge of operational functions
