You’ll sit at the heart of affiliate strategy, creator commerce, and social shopping — driving measurable revenue through platforms such as TikTok Shop, affiliate networks, and creator‑led performance partnerships. While influencer activity forms part of the wider ecosystem, this role is squarely focused on performance, optimisation, and commercial growth.

What you’ll own:
* Lead the affiliate and creator commerce strategy end‑to‑end, with clear ownership of revenue, GMV, and performance KPIs.
* Own and scale affiliate‑led creator programmes, including TikTok Shop and social commerce partnerships.
* Manage and develop two specialist reports across affiliate performance and creator commerce.
* Oversee affiliate and creator agencies — ensuring best‑in‑class optimisation, commercial rigour, and clear ROI.
* Drive performance testing, optimisation, and partner mix across creators, affiliates, and commerce platforms.
* Own senior‑level reporting across affiliate performance, GMV, CAC, conversion, and incrementality.
* Work closely with E‑commerce, Social, PR, and Brand teams to integrate commerce‑first creator activity into broader campaigns.
* Build and maintain long‑term creator and affiliate partnerships that balance authenticity with commercial impact.
* Use influencer activity strategically to support commerce goals, rather than as a standalone brand awareness channel.
What you’ll bring:
* 5–7+ years’ experience across affiliate marketing, creator commerce, or performance‑led influencer programmes.
* Proven experience driving revenue growth through affiliates, creators, and social commerce platforms.
* Strong leadership capability — comfortable managing people, agencies, and multiple commercial workstreams.
* Highly analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in performance tracking, optimisation, and reporting.
* Deep understanding of the UK affiliate landscape, creator monetisation models, and evolving social commerce trends.
* Confident balancing creative partnerships with commercial accountability and performance outcomes.
