* Supporting experienced Conveyancers with a varied caseload of residential property transactions
* Preparing and issuing client care documentation and onboarding packs
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction lifecycle
* Conducting property searches and assisting with due diligence
* Monitoring file progression and proactively chasing outstanding matters
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Providing regular updates to clients to ensure a smooth and transparent process
* Based in the firm’s new Grimsby office with a hybrid working model
You
* Previous experience within residential conveyancing or a similar legal support role
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and third parties
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and fast-paced workload
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* IT literate, with experience using case management systems or similar software
