Position Overview:
Join NTT DATA Business Solutions as a Senior Expert in SAP SuccessFactors, leading innovative HCM solutions, influencing business transformation, and advancing our practice.
We are recognized as the top SuccessFactors partner globally, working on high-impact projects across diverse industries, with access to the latest SAP innovations and professional development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manage the successful delivery of complex SuccessFactors projects, ensuring strategic alignment and client satisfaction.
* Serve as a senior SME across SuccessFactors modules, leading from discovery to post-go-live support.
* Provide strategic guidance on best practices and solution optimization.
* Lead cross-functional teams ensuring high-quality execution.
* Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
* Support business development activities, including presentations and solutioning.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and SAP technology adoption.
* Mentor and share knowledge internally.
* Represent NTT DATA at industry events and forums.
Key Qualifications:
* At least 8 years of experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and cross-module expertise.
* Multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
* Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one other module.
* Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting.
* Knowledge of implementation methodology and project lifecycle management.
Required Skills / Abilities:
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Business acumen supporting pre-sales and strategic solutions.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Passion for HR technology and SAP roadmap developments.
* Ability to mentor junior team members.
