The role of Customer Relationship Consultant is a permanent position, working 36 hours per week (Monday to Saturday to cover branch opening hours).
Salary: £28,500 Per Annum

The role involves engaging in conversations to understand customer needs, providing information about our savings range, products, and services, and conducting 'My Review' appointments to discuss financial goals. You will help customers review their circumstances and identify suitable products, providing a straightforward and helpful service.
Our branches are central to our communities, but we also support customers online and via contact centers. You will place customer needs at the heart of everything you do, delivering first-class service every time.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Engaging with customers to identify needs and tailor solutions.
* Being the first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude.
* Conducting 'My Review' appointments face-to-face, virtually, or by phone.
* Proactively contacting customers to discuss needs.
* Educating customers on products and communication channels.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting vulnerable customers.

* Experience interacting with customers, in person or over the phone.
* Ability to work well with others and handle a variety of customer interactions.
* Adaptability, quick reaction to busy days, and good time management.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to influence audiences.
* Open-mindedness to a range of activities outside standard expectations.
