Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to provide maternity cover. You will drive customer service excellence and continuously improve the overall customer experience with Enva, liaising with suppliers and the transport team to provide the best service to our customers. The successful candidate will ensure all incoming enquiries, verbal and electronic, are addressed courteously, professionally, and timely, in line with company policy.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure your own health and safety and promote a positive health and safety culture within the workplace.
* Meet all health and safety obligations and adhere to company policies.
* Report safety concerns, hazards, accidents, and incidents promptly for investigation and prevention of re-occurrence.
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, identifying causes, and implementing solutions, following up to ensure resolution.
* Answer incoming customer correspondence via telephone, email, or CRM case.
* Make outbound proactive calls to suppliers and customers.
* Work with customers and suppliers to promote the use of MyEnva and provide training as needed.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Deliver customer service excellence.
* Record all calls and customer complaints on Dynamics 365 (CRM), excluding delivery, exchange, and collection requests.
* Assess customer needs and recommend potential products or services.
* Contribute to team efforts to achieve results.
* Input supplier ticket information onto MyEnva.
* Perform office and admin tasks/duties.
* Cross-train and learn other tasks within the office for personal development and coverage during absences.
* Handle hazardous waste enquiries, liaising with third-party suppliers, arranging testing, and quoting customers.
* Maintain regular contact with key customers to ensure their needs are met.
* Identify new business opportunities and pass them to relevant departments.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Experience in a customer service department.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
* Experience with CRM, order processing, and finance systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
