We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head of Healthcare to join our team at HMP Grendon & Springhill.
Hours-
The site currently offers Monday to Friday; core office hours
Salary -
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £48,600 per annum - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you'll be doing
As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will
Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on
feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery.
Clinical background required
You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet
commissioner expectations.
Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality
and in line with CQC requirements.

Clinical qualification
Inclusive leadership approach embedding a culture of continuous progression and innovation
Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Strong presentation skills
Ability to influence and deliver information to key partners and stakeholders
Experience as a CQC registered manager, or equivalent registered body
Experience managing multifaceted budgets
Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations
Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills including sophisticated report writing and ability to articulate viewpoint in formal meetings
