CLdN RoRo Ltd. wish to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work in our Liverpool terminal. This role will involve working on a rota basis across Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 hours. Requirement for weekends is every other Saturday is 08:00 to 16:00. Flexibility to change working hours when cover is required is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and at least one year's customer service experience.
The role
* Process customer bookings and queries by phone / email / Connect
* Responsible for Connect – updating times and sending announcements
* Advise customers of schedule change / non shipments / incidents / general communication
* Assist Operations in priority shipments / collating shipping lists / monitor block bookings
* Input of hazardous goods in Connect
* Assist in related admin duties
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints
* Learn how to use C-Connect and help customers with online requests
* Work as part of a team to promote all CLdN routes
* Any duties that may arise to contribute to the day-to-day running of the department
Your profile
* It is important that you have a good work ethic and pro-active approach
* You will have good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good IT skills are desirable for use of in-house computerised systems
* You must be a self-motivated individual
* Good timekeeping is essential
* Ability to prioritise workload whilst working to tight timescales in accordance with company policies
* You must be able to work within a team.
* Must be willing to undertake any duties that may arise to contribute to the day-to-day running of the department
* You must also be willing to work to a flexible timetable to meet the changing patterns of work and cover when required, which could include working at other Ports within the UK and Europe
