Overview
Our client is an established business in a technical B2B sales environment. The business is privately owned with a solid growth record and a reputation for quality and client service across private and public sectors. The company is seeking a Managing Director to accelerate growth, potentially through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. The role reports directly to shareholders.
Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute strategy to drive growth in a high-potential business.
* Lead to ensure achievement of agreed targets with performance-related bonuses and potential equity involvement.
* Represent the company with a UK-wide customer base; travel will be required.
* Drive growth in a B2B environment with face-to-face meetings, public sector procurement frameworks, and SEO considerations.
* Provide leadership across senior management, with growth as a key driver of value creation.
Qualifications
* Experience in a senior management role, with a track record of growth in a business environment where growth is a priority.
* Background in sales, technical, or operations leadership; candidate empowering strategic formulation and execution.
* Strong leadership capabilities and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Compensation
Basic salary in the £80,000 to £100,000 per annum range, with performance-related bonuses and potential equity involvement in the future.
Location
Based in Tyneside; travel to a UK-wide customer base will be required.
