The Skills and Business Hub is expanding its delivery of business support and adult skills training across Berkshire. Through our Growth Hub and Growth Academy programmes, we provide fully funded support to businesses and Skills Bootcamps to adult learners, helping them thrive in a fast-changing economy.
We are a high-performing, commercially aware organisation with a strong reputation for delivery. This new role will be central to ensuring the smooth running of our programmes, supporting both learners and businesses with excellent administrative coordination and data management.
As Business Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:
* Provide frontline support to business and learner enquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
* Manage CRM data and reporting to support programme delivery and compliance.
* Coordinate onboarding and progress monitoring for Skills Bootcamp learners.
* Assist in preparing financial claims and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
* Support the wider team with scheduling, communications, and general administration.

What we're looking for
* Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Experience in a funded education, training or business support environment is desirable.
