Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Brentwood area, is looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator for their expanding firm. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has local area experience / knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

7. Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
8. Saturday’s | 1 out of 2 | 09:00 – 17:00
9. Day in Lieu
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
10. Strong computer skills
11. Previous track record in estate agency
12. Self-Motivation
13. Ability to work as a Team Player
14. Excellent Communication Skills
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
15. Attend Valuations and Secure instructions for the branch
16. Attend Viewing Appointments and support the offer process
17. Work closely with in-house departments to support cross-selling.
