Overview
Reporting to: Retail Support Manager. Based: Equity House.
Job Summary
To support Booker sales team with achieving KPIs/objectives. Key people you will work closely with are our customers, sales team, all internal departments as well as key third party suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Leading the retail support team.
* Working closely with the finance team for Capex orders
* Weekly/Monthly reporting update to the senior sales team
* Ensuring the sales KPIs are updated periodically on the Booker Portal
* Management of the Van scheme for Fascia brands
* Timely release of the Promotional compliance reports for the fascia brands
* Work cross functionally to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to deliver all sales activity.
* Assist in the management of Booker portal contents.
* Assist in the management of the daily challenges, change and ambiguity of working within a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain and update the additional leaflet charges.
* Continuous improvement of Stop Standardise Simplify.
