⚡ Electrician – Data & Electrical Installation Location: Droitwich Employment Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Contract Pay: Competitive pay rates Overtime (OT) rates available About the Role We’re looking for experienced Electricians to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Droitwich, specialising in HVAC modular substations. This role offers a great mix of site installation and workshop-based work. You’ll start by wiring up and fitting out a new premises for our client, then transition into the workshop to support ongoing substation manufacturing and electrical assembly once the build phase is complete. Key Responsibilities Electrical installation and wiring of new modular HVAC substation units Data cabling, installation and termination of CAT 6 cables Switchgear and panel wiring for control systems and distribution boards Containment installation, testing, and fault-finding Supporting the transition from site installation to workshop-based manufacturing work Requirements ✅ JIB Gold Card or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (minimum requirement) ✅ 18th Edition certification ✅ IPAF licence essential for site work ✅ Proven experience with CAT 6 data cabling, switchgear, and panel wiring ✅ Ability to work accurately from electrical drawings and schematics ✅ Commitment to health & safety and high-quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive hourly rates Overtime (OT) rates available Long-term work with a growing, forward-thinking company Opportunity to work on innovative modular HVAC substation builds Supportive and safety-focused team environment Location: Droitwich Start Date: ASAP
