Store Manager, Immediate Start
Location: Denbighshire, Clwyd, UK (LL15 1HP)
Salary: £46,000 - £66,000 per annum | 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for managing and improving the day‑to‑day operations and performance of the store's KPIs
* Optimise processes and solve problems to keep the store running like clockwork and the team focused on their tasks
* Excellent time‑management, delegation, and problem‑solving skills
* Provide unmatched support to customers and the team through every shift
* Monitor, manage and improve the store's key performance indicators
