In this role you’ll inspire and develop your team whilst working on projects that make a real difference. Working closely with the Head of Governance and Company Secretary, you will play a key part in embedding best practice, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will support strong governance, performance and risk management across the organisation; lead on the development and oversight of performance management frameworks, risk management, insurance and business continuity arrangements; act as the organisation’s insurance subject‑matter expert managing broker relationships and overseeing insurance claims; and be accountable for complaints governance, ensuring robust complaints and customer feedback processes are in place and learning is captured and acted upon to improve services. You will also produce high‑quality KPI reporting, tenant satisfaction measures and benchmarking insights for senior leadership, the board and committees, supporting informed decision‑making across the business. You will lead and support a small team, promoting high performance, accountability and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* A relevant degree, or substantial experience in a similar role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build collaborative partnerships
* Strong organisational, time‑management, administrative and prioritisation skills
* Good IT skills

Compensation & Application
