Inside Sales Advisor – Chemical Distribution
Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Healthcare & Pension
Are you a tenacious sales professional looking to join a market-leading distributor? Pertemps is proud to represent a highly respected chemical distribution specialist based in Kingswinford. Due to significant growth, they are looking for a driven Sales Advisor with a proven B2B track record to join their expanding team.
The Role
This is a hybrid business development and account management role. You will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of established "house accounts" while actively prospecting for new business within your assigned geographical territory.
* Maintain & Grow: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Prospecting: Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive territory growth.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales Representatives to maximize area revenue.
* Schedule: Office-based, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) with a full hour for lunch.

* Sales Hunter Mentality: Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation via social media, press, and digital research.
* Proven Track Record: Experience in B2B sales, with a natural ability to cross-sell and up-sell.
* Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of profit/loss, turnover, and margins.
* Organisational Excellence: Ability to multitask, manage your own time, and maintain high attention to detail.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you should be enthusiastic, sociable, and a team player.
Requirements
* Previous B2B sales experience is essential.
* Proficiency in general I.T. and Office software.
* Ideally located within commuting distance of Wolverhampton, Dudley, or Stourbridge.
