(OX10 OX11 and surrounding villages) Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join their Wallingford based team. As a Junior Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing property listings, and assisting with property sales Hrs of work are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and working one Saturday a month. You will receive a competitive basic salary with protected earnings while you build up your pipeline. Car expenses will be paid for work-based travel. Key Responsibilities: Generating new business opportunities Conducting property valuations and preparing accurate property particulars Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and managing the sales process Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire property transaction Ideal Candidates will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – great with people! A full UK driving license and own car A passion for property and the residential property market Good IT skills and the ability to compose good business emails Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Experience in Property and or sales would be a definite advantage.
