Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the project management teams with their daily operational issues Take the lead in the weekly labour planning meetings Coordinate the labour look-ahead schedule Mentor managers and identify training needs Promote good relations with clients on site Hold quarterly managers and supervisors meetings at the head office Facilitate safety committee meetings Oversee project profitability and cost management Manage health and safety issues, promoting safety-based behaviour Oversee quality assurance (QA) and compliance on each site The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong leadership experience in operations management Expertise in project management and site supervision Solid understanding of health and safety regulations Experience in driving operational improvements and managing project profitability Package Includes: 20 days holiday plus 8 statutory days 12 days sick pay Company pension scheme Travel expenses from the main office to sites
