The Role:
* Lead and manage a high-quality children s home in line with regulations
* Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional care

What You ll Need:
* Extensive experience in children s residential care management
* Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding
* Level 3 Diploma (Children & Young People s Workforce)
* Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
* Full UK Driving Licence
