An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Associate to join our dedicated and compassionate nursing team in Trauma & Orthopaedics. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Team Nursing, taking responsibility for your allocated patients and ensuring care is delivered to the highest standard.

* You will be a Registered Nurse Associate (NMC registered).
* You have excellent communication and organisational skills.
* You are a team player, flexible in your approach, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
* You have a passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting others to achieve the same.

Responsibilities
* Providing excellent patient care and ensuring that patients always come first.
* Undertaking a range of delegated clinical care duties within your level of competency, acting on your own initiative to deliver agreed care plans.
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Team Nursing within the clinical area.
* Accurately recording and reflecting care provided in the electronic patient record system (EPIC).
* Mentoring and supporting new care assistants as they complete the Care Certificate.
* Ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care and an excellent patient experience, with respect for their customs, religious beliefs, and personal preferences.
