At Cambian, our vision is to inspire lives and to continually develop them — not just for the individuals in our care, but also their families and communities. As a leading provider, we ensure that the support we offer is consistent, reliable, and of the highest quality at all times.
We are currently welcoming applications from enthusiastic candidates to join our team in Shropshire.
In this role, you will join an experienced and supportive team within a beautiful, fully equipped setting. You will share the common goal of enabling each child and young person in our care to achieve their personal best.
We are immensely proud of our responsible and committed individuals, who constantly strive to achieve the highest standards and outcomes for the children and young people in our care, as well as supporting each other.
Our first commitment to new starters at Cambian is to provide best-in-class inductions, training, and ongoing support and development through our dedicated Learning & Development Team.
We require that applicants demonstrate our shared values: integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, person-centeredness, and enthusiasm. These values are more important than previous work experience or positions held, as they underpin our decisions and actions to achieve the best outcomes for all involved.
If you can demonstrate these qualities, we will support you to become a best-in-class Support Worker, Senior Support, Deputy Manager, or beyond.
Cambian is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care. All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years, including references related to working with children and vulnerable individuals, as well as employment history back to full-time education.
