Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing, fast-paced organisation delivering installation-led projects across the UK. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple contracts while leading a team of engineers and coordinators.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the Contracts function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, acting as the central point of coordination across all live projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Contracts team, including performance, development and resourcing
2. Oversee project delivery from order through to completion, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met
3. Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively
4. Chair weekly production meetings and manage contract schedules
5. Monitor installation progress, resource allocation, and site activity
6. Coordinate closely with service, maintenance, and engineering teams
