The Mission: Strategy, Leadership & Growth This is a high-profile role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development. You won't just be managing from a spreadsheet; you’ll be creating a high-octane atmosphere, mentoring your team, and leading by example to smash targets.
Your Key Focus Areas:

Elite Leadership: Build a high-performing culture through daily briefings, 1-2-1 coaching, and bespoke development plans.

Strategic Sales: Own the roadmap for our Mobile and Energy portfolios, driving growth across both new business and our existing client base.

Right First Time: Foster a culture of operational excellence, ensuring every solution is profitable, accurate, and perfectly aligned with client needs.

The Power of Connection: Collaborate with our delivery and engineering teams to ensure a seamless "Global 4" experience from quote to connection.

Reporting & Insight: Act as a key member of the management team, providing clear, actionable insights on sales performance to the CSO.
The Profile:
Are You Our Next Leader? We need a natural motivator who can navigate complex technical solutions while building an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Proven Track Record: 3–5 years of experience managing Mobile Sales teams, ideally within a B2B or MSP environment.

Commercial Acumen: You understand the sector inside-out, from Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to energy procurement.

The "Player-Coach": You are comfortable communicating with high-profile executives and have the "grit" to manage your own pipeline while guiding your team.

Tech-Fluent: You are computer literate, comfortable across multiple CRM systems, and can articulate complex tech in simple, persuasive terms.

Empathetic Leader: You manage conflict tactfully and know exactly how to incentivise a team to reach their full potential.
