They offer a mixture of services to their clients including Fitouts, Refurbs and Structural extensions. They specialise in small/medium design & build projects across the Commercial sector up to £3m. Overview: They are currently looking for an Estimator with 5+ years’ experience working for an Office Fitout or D&B contractor. Ideally you will have experience in cost planning, pricing, and preparing procurement packs for tender. You will also be able to challenge the pre-construction and design teams when necessary and liaise effectively with the Quantity Surveyors. In the medium to long term this role offers an opportunity for growth, with the potential to oversee a Junior Estimator in the future.
