Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in sales and marketing?
We’re a leading events-based sales and marketing company based in Manchester City Centre, working with top brands to deliver engaging face-to-face campaigns that get results. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for graduate-level Events Sales Assistants to join our team and grow with us.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for graduates looking to gain commercial experience, build transferable skills, and progress quickly in a dynamic industry. No prior experience is needed — we provide full training and ongoing support.
At our core, we’re more than just a sales and marketing company — we’re a team of driven individuals who believe in building people as much as brands. Career Growth, Fast
We don’t believe in waiting years for promotions. With us, performance is recognised — not just tenure. We provide a clear development path from entry-level to leadership, with ongoing mentorship every step of the way.
Whether you're fresh out of university or changing careers, we invest heavily in training and coaching. You’ll learn real-world sales, communication, and business skills that you can use for life.
Our work happens at live events, promotional spaces, and brand activations. Regular team events, recognition, and a supportive environment make us a place where people enjoy coming to work.
Travel & Experiences
Optional travel opportunities mean you can see more of the UK (and sometimes beyond) while building your career. We combine work with new experiences, making every project feel like an adventure.
