Fram are working with an established directly authorised Financial Planning based in West Devon, who provide tailored, lifestyle services to professionals, entrepreneurs, and families, helping them all to make smart financial decisions so they can focus on what truly matters to them.

They are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM ) to work closely with the 2 Planners and wider Team. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing ongoing admin client relationships, being the main point of contact for a bank of clients, ensuring the delivery of a personalised and exceptional client experience. Once training is complete, there is scope to move into a hybrid working model, with up to two days a week from home.

Main responsibilities

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact.
* Assist in making sure your client planning meetings are prepared for thoroughly and any element is suitably personalised.
* Attending these meetings when necessary.
* Work alongside Planners to support the development and implementation of the client’s cash flow forecast and financial strategies.
* Ensure all client documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory standards, managing all online and paperwork related to all aspects of the client’s plan.
* Act as a problem-solver for clients, handling any concerns or issues raised and ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
* Collaborate with the whole team to ensure everyone is aligned in delivering outstanding client experiences.

What our client is looking for in a candidate

* IFA Administration or Financial Planning CRM background with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Skilled using FP CRM systems, Transact and a range of other software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* A client-first mentality, focusing on delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
* The ability to understand and anticipate client needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate recommendations.
* Strong attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all client documentation and financial plans, as well as maintaining up-to-date client records.
* Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
* Knowledge of UK financial regulations, including FCA rules and guidelines, with a focus on ensuring all actions are compliant.
* Ideally someone who is level 4 or close too

This role requires being highly organised, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to relationship management.
