Purpose of the role
To ensure the effective and efficient processing of all administrative requirements for the successful delivery of our virtual and face to face training courses and qualifications within the BSI Training Academy.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Operations & Process Management

• To ensure that a continuous first-class service is provided to the internal and external clients of the Training department.

• To work proactively with all staff in the department and with the sales, marketing and delivery teams to support the overall administrative processes and procedures.

• Communication with and responding to BSI clients and queries.

• Communicating with our delivery and sales team, supporting their needs to ensure the smooth running of courses day to day.

• Managing shared mailboxes and telephone systems
Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Coordinates, collaborates, and supports sales, marketing, delivery, finance, and wider operational functions.

• Responsible for undertaking administrative duties and processes in accordance with operational academy best practices

• Maintains a client centric approach, responding to emails and telephone calls within set KPIs

• Works with and supports the EMEA Operational teams


Candidate Specification:


• Passion for client service


• Over 2 years of experience in customer service, planning, or administration


• Adaptable and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative

• Demonstrates the ability to work independently

• Continuously seeks optimal and efficient processes

• Excellent organizational skills

• Logical and practical approach to problem-solving

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Business-level English essential
