Location: Watford, England, United Kingdom
Job Type: Permanent, Part‑time – 24 hours per week
Salary: £13 per hour + monthly bonus
Working patterns: Monday to Sunday, flexible shift options.

What you will be doing
* Nurture customer relationships and gain a deep understanding of their travel needs.
* Act as a trusted travel money ambassador, advising on Travelex products and services.
* Process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer‑focused.
* Process daily online FX requests and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail.
* Apply best‑practice legal and regulatory standards and maintain compliance with Travelex procedures.
