• Job Type: Temporary (8-12 weeks)
• Hours: 37 hours per week
• Salary: £14.55 - £15.07 per hour
• Start Date: June 9th

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator for a temporary position based in Bury St Edmunds. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in payroll management and data entry. Familiarity with Workday software would be highly beneficial.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Processing payroll transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Managing data entry tasks related to payroll information.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
• Resolving any payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries related to payroll.
• Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Utilising Workday software for payroll processing, if experienced.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll administration.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Experience with payroll software, Workday experience is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
