Joining the Marketing team now is an exciting opportunity as the company expands and develops vital professional services to support schools and academy trusts.

About the Role:

Digital Marketing Executive - Compliance Services (Judicium Education)

We are seeking a confident, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Professional Services marketing team. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and websites, balancing compelling content with performance marketing techniques. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

You will collaborate with Heads of Service, Sales and Partnerships teams, and external agencies, using platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and CMS tools to measure impact and optimize results.

Main Duties:

6. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign delivery.
7. Analyze and report on marketing performance monthly to inform strategy.
8. Stay updated on education sector trends, competitor activity, and digital best practices.

This role can be remote or hybrid, based at our London office in Bloomsbury, working 1-2 days per week. It is a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year to cover maternity leave.

About You:

You are a confident, experienced digital marketer with a creative and analytical mindset. You have a strong track record of delivering performance-driven campaigns, managing multiple channels, and using data to inform decisions and drive growth.

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital and performance marketing.
* Proven ability to manage SEO, PPC (including Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and website content.
* Experience with CMS, CRM (preferably HubSpot), and analytics tools to measure and report performance.

* Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Proficiency with design and planning tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Monday.com.
* Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently, with a genuine interest in supporting schools and education.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple campaigns, and are passionate about supporting schools and MATs with essential services, we would love to hear from you.

Benefits:

* 28 days holiday plus an extra day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days, plus bank holidays.
* Healthcare plan with private GP access after passing probation.
* Life insurance coverage up to 4x salary from day one.
* Employer pension contributions after 3 months.
* 25% discount on online learning resources for the first year with EdPlace.
* Flexible benefits after passing probation, including extra holiday, dental, healthcare top-ups, bikes, gym memberships, electric cars, etc.
* Learning and development opportunities.

Joining SEG means becoming part of a community dedicated to transforming lives and sustaining communities, where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your individuality is celebrated. Together, we aim to advance education and build brighter futures for all.
