About the role Due to internal promotion, a new EPM role has become vacant in Ocado Group. This has created an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in either EPBCS or FCCS to step up and join a small EPM team in Ocado Group Finance and gain wider experience in the Oracle EPM cloud suite. The right candidate will be someone who has experience of data modelling, allocations in Oracle EPBCS and/or PCMCS. In addition, any consolidation experience in primarily FCCS (or HFM) and ARCS would be valuable as the team is supporting both statutory and management information. Experience in the maintenance of metadata using EDMCS or other MDM tools. We are looking for candidates with experience in Oracle SmartView and EPM reports across EPBCS and FCCS. Accountabilities Ensuring the Period End load balances between EPBCS and FCCS and Fusion. Updating the dimension structures in EDMCS. Developing driver based forecasting in EPBCS. Acting as the EPM Team contact during the period end process. Carrying out system to system reconciliations between Oracle reporting systems (Fusion, FCCS, EPBCS). Answering and assigned help desk tickets to other EPM Team members. Dealing with security setup and other general helpdesk queries. Providing support to users to resolve issues in adhoc smartview queries. Other tasks and activities as necessary to support the team and ensure an excellent EPM service is provided to Finance and the wider business. Resolving EPM helpdesk queries relating to Actuals and Budget/Forecast cycles. Assisting with SOPs and functional EPM documentation. About you An appreciation of data, metadata and data modelling. Good understanding of Finance and Accounting Good Excel skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good documentation skills Experience of using Essbase, Hyperion Planning / EPBCS, HFM / FCCS and ARCS.
